Royal Printing Company is a commercial printing company that designs, prints, finishes, and ships election ballots to state and county election boards or to companies that own voting hardware and software systems, that need our services.

The best equipment for the job.  We have spent many years printing election ballots, and we have spent time and money finding the best equipment to get your ballot printed right.  We understand the low tolerances that are allowed in ballot printing and we have the equipment to handle the job; the computer equipment, the platesetters, the presses, the cutters, the stitchers...we have it all!

The experience.  We have been printing election ballots since 1961.  We have been printing ballots for optical scan readers since 1982.  We printed over 13 million in 2004.  Let us help you!

We usually print 3 ballot sizes - one column, two column, and three column and 1 or 2 sides.  (Click on the samples shown below to see pop-up enlargement.)  For each ballot printed,  we carefully edit or redesign each ballot face.  Our designs are computer-originated and extraordinarily precise in nature, while being extremely flexible in design.

We print 3 types of ballots - Sample, Absentee, and Regular ballots for each election.  We have displayed our sample ballots on this site. We print the absentee ballots in a special manner in order for the fold not to ever crease the voting area!

Below is a representation of our 1, 2, and 3 column ballots.  Their actual sizes are much larger than this, all to the particular machine spec.    But, when shown for this Internet display, we have taken care to make sure that all connection types will be able to download them and view them properly.  Remember that they will be VERY cleanly printed and cut for EACH election.  Ask us for samples!!
